The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests approval of funds set aside for Over Time reimbursement regarding the U.S. Marshals Task Force MOU. The amount has increased to $26,000.00.

FY 2022 US Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force Grant in the amount of $26,000 in federal funds and no county match required. Funding to cover overtime expenditures related to the investigation and apprehension of local, state and federal fugitives who have warrants for their arrests. Grant period is October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

Auditor's Office Action

Agreement and award has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Federal funds in the amount of $26,000 for overtime of Sheriff’s Office deputies. No county match is required. Intent of this joint MOU is to investigate and apprehend local, state and federal fugitives who have warrants for their arrests. Grant period is 10/1/2021 through 9/30/2022.
