Department Action

The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was approved by The City of McKinney and filed on February 15, 2020. The infrastructure was completed according to the City of McKinney specifications, which are greater than Collin County specifications. The development was inspected by The City of McKinney and the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff.
The effective beginning date of the maintenance bond was February 18, 2020 and ended on February 18, 2022. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff. If approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached.
The Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff recommend approval to accept the roads within the Bloomridge phase 2 development (City of McKinney ETJ Subdivision) for county maintenance.
