Department Action
Lone Star Partners, owner of Hills of Lone Star phase 2B Tract 1R, is seeking to subdivide Tract 1R into two lots, lot 1 and 2. The resulting lot 1 will be 7.402 acres and lot 2 will become 7.871 acres. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.
 
A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and letters were sent out to all landowners in The Hills of Lone Star phase 2B, 30 days prior to the public hearing.

  1. Hold Public Hearing for the Re-plat of Lots 1 & 2 of the Hills of Lone Star phase 2B, 
  2. Consider Approval of Re-plat of Lots 1 & 2 of the Hills of Lone Star phase 2B.
