Department Action

Attached is the approved one-year no cost extension to the COVID-19 grant. The current contract term is from April 21, 2020 through March 15, 2022 and this will extend the term to end on March 15, 2023. This approved extension will allow Collin County Health Care Services to continue critical tasks and offset expenses related to the COVID-19 response.

Local Health Department awards are “one-time” only and activities should not incur future reoccurring costs beyond March 15, 2023.

I respectfully request approval for this contract extension.
