The Information Technology department is requesting that Commissioners Court approve an amendment to the Time Collection project. This amendment is for Dormakaba professional services to support our time collection system upgrade in FY2022.

This project was originally budgeted under Project Code R06102 and approved on Court Order 2017-813-10-09. We are recommending using IT-Shared Consulting - 0001-06019-0009-41-30-0000-626401 to fund this project for $13,248.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No.5 to contract 2016-044, Access Control and Time Collection Solution with dormakaba Workforce Solutions, LLC for a time collection systems upgrade and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. MCL
