This is a request to apply for FY 2023 Solid Waste Implementation Grant. The grant period is September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 in the amount of $27,707.81. This grant will help the Sheriff's Office fight against illegal dumping.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to apply for North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) grant for Solid Waste Implementation for $27,707.81 with no County match required, and authorize County Judge to execute same.
