Attached you will find the Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services to Van Alstyne MUD 3. This contract will begin after the adoption of this order by the District, and will continue through September 30. Afterwards, the agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year periods between October 1 and September 30, unless otherwise properly terminated.

Budget Department Action

Requesting approval of Interlocal Agreement 2022-157, Law Enforcement Services with Van Alstyne MUD No. 3 to provide use of the County's Law Enforcement services. Initial payments to the County will be $10 per month per residential and non-residential unit until the District has enough homes to meet the minimum charge of $10,000 per year. Contract takes effect on the first day of the month following the adoption of an order by the District and continues through September 30, 2022. General Fund (0001).
