We respectfully request Commissioners Court approval to purchase equipment and M&O for the recruiter position received from court. The Budget Office will be entering a budget adjustment.

Budget Department Action

Budget Adjustment in the amount of $4,144 to cover needed equipment requested for the approved Sheriff's Office Recruiter position on CO 2022-041-01-03. Budget Adjustment does not include funding for Adobe Pro, Cell Phone Service or Mifi Service totaling $662 as funds are already available in the appropriate accounts for those expenditures. Funding for recurring expenses such as training, office supplies and printed materials totaling $7,500 is not included in the Budget Adjustment because it is not recommended by Budget for FY 2022. General Fund (0001).

Funds available in the General Fund. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval.
