Department Action

The Medical Examiner’s Office respectfully requests approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Laboratory Services with Dallas County Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences. This agreement will be effective upon award until December 31, 2022 and may be renewed for additional one year periods by mutual agreement as agreed in writing by both parties.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement for 2022-170, Forensic Services with Dallas County Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences and to authorize County Judge to execute same. CC
