Honorable Court,

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Contract Amendment #3 (Contract No. 2019-144) for the ILA providing the Town of St. Paul fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2023. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 3 to Interlocal Agreement for 2019-144, Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services with the Town of St. Paul for the period October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. SP (Contract Renewal 3 of 4)
