Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the court’s approval of the FY 2023 Jail Services Out of County Housing Agreement amendment for LaSalle Corrections. The amendment is effective December 17, 2022 through December 16, 2023.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for contract number 2022-125, Jail Services, Out of County Housing with LaSalle Corrections, to (1) renew for the period December 17, 2022, through December 16, 2023; and (2) change the rate per man/day to $95. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. LM
