Department Action

Collin County has acquired land for transportation projects for US 380. Sendera Title has issued a refund for overpayment of recording fees on 2 parcels, Kevin Voigt Living Trust and Morris Revocable Living Trust.

The funds totaling $131.20 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $131.20
