This is notification to Commissioners Court of a budget establishment for the CJD Adult Mental Health Court Grant for FY2023 in the amount of $409,046.20. This state funding will support individuals with a mental illness or intellectual disability through a pre-trial diversion program for the 219^th Judicial District Court in collaboration with the County Court at Law #3. The grant period is from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. The grant award was accepted on Court Order 2022-1173-10-24.
