Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Summons Direct. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is the Tyler Jury Summons Direct agreement. The FY23 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $112,500.

Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
