Department Action

I am requesting to Transfer $3000 from the Justice Court Technology Shared Fund to the JP2 Fund. The funds are to cover purchase a Lexmark CS521DN Printer with 3 year warranty and 2 Fujitsu fi8170 scanners. This will provide a printer and scanner for the Judge and replace an existing scanner that is broken in the courtroom.

Scanner $929.00 x 2=$1858
Total is $2576.00 for the needed equipment; the additional funds are to cover any potential price increases we are not accounting for.
