I am requesting approval to award IFB 2022-260 Services, Semi-Annual Multi-Surface Floor Cleaning; Primary to Guardian Service & Secondary to APEX Surface Care and Mangwenya LLC. The contract term shall commence upon full execution of the contract and continue for one (1) year, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
