Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Agreement to the Animal Control & Shelter Services Agreement with LC Municipal Utility District No.1. This agreement shall be effective on the commencement of animal control and animal shelter services, which shall be July 15, 2024, regardless of when this Agreement is approved and executed by any Party or Parties hereto (“Effective Date”) thereafter, commencement of animal control and animal shelter services may begin.
