At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the acquisition of an additional 60TB disk expansion for the existing backup solution to accommodate space requirements for new Tyler Munis servers.

This expansion is part of the funded 03FIN project. The expansion cost is $118,691.08.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Coop Quote 2023-135, IDPA 5800 Storage Expansion, through DIR contract DIR-TSO-4299 to Unique Digital Technology, LLC. This storage expansion will co-term all of our licenses to expire on June 4, 2024. ED
