Honorable Court,
I respectfully request Commissioners Court to consider and approve renewal of RFP 2020-199 Disaster Debris Removal (Emergency) – CrowderGulf, LLC. This RFP is for the cleanup and processing of debris following a debris generating disaster, such as a tornado or winter storm, in which the amount of debris exceeds the County’s ability to abate it. There are no costs associated with the RFP until the contract is activated following a debris generating event.
