Department Action

Shannon Williams extended her retirement date until January 31, 2023. It is my wish to extend the temporary position that was approved August 22, 2022, until February 5, 2023, which is the starting of a new pay period.

HR and/or IT Action

If approved, temporary JP Court Administrator position will be temporary added to the department until 2/5/2023 when the employee will transfer into the full time, regular JP Court Administrator position after Shannon WIlliams' retirement. JP Pct 1 has chosen Ashley Gidney-Bingham for this position. Since she is a current employee, she will transfer into this position and move from a 532 to a 536 pay grade. Her transfer will result in a salary of $57,393.05. The cost of this employee's salary and fringe for 2 months is $14,130.00.

Budget Department Action

Savings from the difference in pay between the current JP Court Administrator and the new hire, as well as savings from a vacant Legal Clerk I position, will provide the funding to double fill this position through February 5, 2023. (0001) - General Fund.

Auditor's Office Action

Funds available in the General Fund.
