We believe using Brandt Companies LLC would be beneficial to Collin County for large scale exterior HVAC commercial plumbing and emergency repairs.   Below are reasons why Facilities request Commissioner’s Court to approve Brandt Companies LLC as a Collin County Contractor:
 
We are providing sample projects Brandt Companies LLC completed for Collin County and future projects:
 
  • Courthouse Chiller Water Leak and Excavation
  • Gas Leakage and repair
  • Replacement of large capacity water tanks
  • Replacement of the Courthouse Chill Water Line
 
Annual costs should not exceed $150,000
