Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests the Commissioners Court consent of a written agreement between the Sheriff's Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety for an Agency-owned Livescan User Agreement. This agreement allows the submission of fingerprint and photo data to state and national databases for identification purposes.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding (1) approval of agreement between the Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety for an Agency-owned Livescan User Agreement; (2) authorize County Judge to finalize and execute same; and (3) authorize signatory authority to the Sheriff to acknowledge the duties and responsibilities of the User Agency of same agreement. The agreement is at no cost to the County. ED
