Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding (1) approval of Annual Job Order Contract (JOC), Contract 2023-061, to utilize Collin County Community College District Job Order Contract, RFP 4426 which provides pricing based off the Construction Task Catalog® containing Prepriced Tasks for construction work with preset unit prices, and (2) further authorize the Purchasing Agent to present any job order, task, or purchase order that exceeds $500,000 to Commissioners Court for approval, in compliance with Texas Gov't Code Sec. 2269.403 (2) (c). The term of this contract begins on the date of award and continues through and including September 30, 2023.
