We respectfully request that Commissioners’ Court approve IFB 2020-244 Veterinary and Animal Care Supplies as outlined in the attached Contract Data Award.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award IFB No. 2020-244, Veterinary and Animal Care Supplies to lowest and best bidders per the attached contract data sheet, and per VTCA LGC 262.027(b) if two responsible bidders submit the lowest and best bid, Commissioners' Court shall decide between the two by drawing lots in a manner prescribed by the County Judge. Fourteen (14) line items resulted in tied bids per the attached contract data sheet. hda
