Department Action
We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an extension of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Farmersville for Environmental Services for a one (1) year period commencing on October 1, 2020 and continuing through and including September 30, 2021. 
 
Payment is based on current population estimate of 3,600 residents x $.80 per resident. The City of Farmersville has requested that Collin County continue to provide Environmental Services within the city limits of Farmersville.
 
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Environmental Services Agreement between Collin County and the City of Farmersville, AGR 2020-029, for the period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh
