Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks/Open Space Bond, 2nd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on November 2, 2020 (CO# 2020-1105-11-02). The City of Frisco’s, Parvin Branch Trail Connector Project was granted $100,000 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Frisco for the Parvin Branch Trail Connector Project, ($100,000) bond project OI18PG11.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Frisco concerning the Parvin Branch Trail Connector Project; 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond Project OI18PG11. Further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $100,000.00.
