Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve contract renewal (contract no. 2019-376) for the ILA providing the Town of New Hope fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2021. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement for Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services For Commercial Buildings between Collin County and the Town of New Hope, AGR 2019-376, for the period of October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh

Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-376 between Collin County and the Town of New Hope for fire inspections and fire plan review services. Town of New Hope to pay Collin County for the services provided on an as needed basis. Renewal for one (1) year effective through September 30, 2021.
