Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of budget amendment and Amendment No. 6 to Contract 2018-241, Election Voting System and Services, with Election Systems & Software, LLC per the attached documents to add a central tabulation machine and as needed services to the contract, further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. Budget Department Action

Funds available for Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 2018-241 Election Voting System & Services with Election Systems & Software, LLC to purchase a new central tabulation machine and add various items to the contract. Budget amendment in the amount of $171,000 required to establish the budget. See attached budget amendment for details. Delivery van rental and other consumable expenses to paid for on as needed basis. (1033)-Contract Elections Fund.
