Requesting Commissioner's Court to award the bid for Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (year 5 UPS Replacement Project), IFB No. 2021-094, to the lowest bidder, Graybar Electric Co., at a total cost of $204,900. Requesting authorization to trade-in existing equipment as listed on the documentation attached. A budget amendment is requested in the amount of $29,900.00 to cover the equipment price increase.
