Department Action

I am requesting Commissioners Court approval for the contract with Armstrong Labs to be renewed. Armstrong Labs won the bid to conduct the testing of forensic evidence for the FY2020 Forensic Evidence Grant and has been conducting this testing ever since. The current contract will expire during the current FY2023 grant and will also be needed for the FY2024 grant, which we will apply for in February, with Court approval. The contract will be renewed for the period of April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
