Department Action

Requesting approval of the Lucas ILA contract amendment for law enforcement services. The amendment includes increasing the number of dedicated deputies by two, bringing the total to FOUR dedicated deputies.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement, AGR 2021-375, Law Enforcement Services with the City of Lucas to accept Amendment 1; and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute both Amendments. SP

Budget Department Action

Funds were not included in the FY 2023 Budget for Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement, AGR 2021-375, Law Enforcement Services with the City of Lucas. If approved a Budget Adjustment will be needed and a funding source identified. No revenues have been received from the City of Lucas so far in FY 2023.
