Department Action

Commissioner’s Court approved the Final Plat for the above-mentioned subdivision on February 24, 2020. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and inspected by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff.
The effective beginning date of the maintenance bond was October 26, 2020 and ended on October 26, 2022. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff. If approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached.
The Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff recommend approval to accept the roads within The Hills of Lone Star phase 10, Haley Cove, for county maintenance.

We request Commissioners Court consideration for approval to accept the roads within The Hills of Lone Star phase 10, Haley Cove, for County Maintenance.
