The District Clerk would like to request approval from Commissioner's Court to enter into a new contract with KoFile Technologies to move forward and continue the Preservation of Historical Records Project. The new phase of the project which is Phase H, will consist of the preservation of civil and criminal case files dated 1896 - 1899.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Cooperative Quote 2023-165, District Clerk's Historical Records Restoration and Preservation Project: Phase H through TXMAS Contract No. 18-3602 to Kofile Technologies, Inc. and further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute attached proposal. ha
