Public Works requests Commissioners Court approval to award a one time purchase of Grounds Maintenance Equipment, IFB 2023-081 to various vendors. Purchase of these items were approved during the FY23 budget process and funds were allocated for these purchases.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to (1) award IFB 2023-081, Grounds Maintenance Equipment to lowest and best bidders per the attached contract data sheet; and, (2) per V.T.C.A. LGC 262.027(b) if two responsible bidders submit the lowest and best bid, the Commissioners Court shall decide between the two by drawing lots in a manner prescribed by the County Judge.
