Department Action

Collin County has acquired land for transportation projects for CCOL. Sendera Title has issued a refund for overpayment of recording fees on the purchase of the Chriswin parcel in the amount of $77.80. These funds were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code.

Additionally, Collin County Engineering was able to acquire this parcel for less than what the Special Commissioners awarded, therefore the difference of $672,888.80 was returned back to the County. Funds were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code.

The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $672,966.60
