Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize a budget amendment to cover a $616.92 cost increase for the SQL Server Node Replacement project over the amount recommended by Purchasing during the budget process. The funds, taken from cost savings in the end of life switches and routers program improvement, will add to the budgeted amount of $24,342 to achieve the winning bid total of $24,958.92. The project code funding the shortfall is TAK0605-0001-060190009-809002 and the account number is 0001-06019-0009-41-40-0000-809002.
