PCO 3a - Owner requested add to repair handrail at second floor Juvenile Probation entrance. Handrail has rusted away from welded base plate. $717.00
PCO 3b - Owner requested add to seal and paint brick under old coping removed from the roof. New coping did not need to overlap in the same manner as the old coping. $876.00
PCO 3c - Engineer requested add to install sealant in gap between the sidewalk and the steel frame of the second floor walkway. Found during removal of old flashing, closing the gap will maintain water tightness. $5,069.00
