Department Action

The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was approved by The City of McKinney and filed on January 22, 2021. The infrastructure was completed according to the City of McKinney specifications, which are greater than Collin County specifications. The development was inspected by The City of McKinney and the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff.
The effective beginning date of the maintenance bond was January 22, 2021 and ended on January 22, 2023. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed any required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff. If approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached.
