Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with various firms to provide appraisal services. These firms will be utilized to provide appraisals needed to acquire right-of-way for various transportation projects and for other properties on an as needed basis.

Our recommendation is based on the evaluation of SOQs submitted.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFQ 2023-035, Professional Services, Appraisal Services, to the highest evaluated offerors per the attached documentation and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the Appraisal Services Agreements. MD

Budget Department Action

Request award of RFQ 2023-035, Professional Services, Appraisal Services. Funding to be budgeted within projects on an as needed basis.

Auditor's Office Action
