Public Works requests a budget amendment in the amount of $25,400.00 to cover anticipated cost increase for one Gradall Excavator approved in the 2023 budget.

Further, if additional funding is approved, Public Works recommends the award for one Gradall Excavator utilizing the Tarrant County Cooperative Contract to Kirby Smith Machinery.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award contract No. 2023-011, Heavy Equipment, Gradall XL4100, to Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. through their Tarrant County cooperative contract No. 2022-011, for the purchase of one (1) Gradall XL4100 excavator for the amount of $521,000.00.
