Department Action

Commissioner’s Court approved the Final Plat for the above-mentioned subdivision on September 9, 2019. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and inspected by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff.
The effective beginning date of the maintenance bond was July 29, 2020 and ended on July 29, 2022. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff. If approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached.
The Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff recommend approval to accept the roads within the Hunter Lakes Phase II subdivision for county maintenance.

ACTION
We request Commissioners Court consideration for approval to accept the roads within Hunter Lakes Phase II for County Maintenance.
