Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval to award: IFB 2023-304 Construction: Collin County Adult Detention Facility Flush Valve Replacement, to the lowest and best bid meeting specifications.
The project bids came in over the estimated budget therefore a budget amendment for $250,000.00 is requested. Funds are available in Project BDI4002, CCADF Smoke Detector Replacement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action to award IFB 2023-304, Construction: CCADF Flush Valve Replacements to Intelligent Conservation Systems, Inc., the lowest and best bid. Further authorize the Purchasing agent to finalize and execute the construction agreement. (ha)
