Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court to approve the Collin County Sheriff's Office contract with the Texas Workforce Commission. This contract grants TWC online access for up to 10 users from the Collin County Sheriff's Office. The yearly cost for 1-10 online users is $1,500/year for 5 years.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding: (1) approval to enter into Interlocal Agreement 2024-244, Texas Workforce Commission for Sheriff’s Office with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for the benefit of the Sheriff’s Office for a five-year period beginning upon final execution of the agreement; (2) authorize the County Judge to sign the Request and Security Plan (RSP); and (3) authorize the County Judge to execute the subsequent final agreement from TWC per the attached documentation. (GES)
The final agreement will be completed by TWC based on the responses by the Sheriff's Office in the attached RSP before being sent to the County Judge for signature.
