Department Action

Respectfully requesting the Court to approve the Internet Crimes Against Children grant with the City of Dallas. The City of Dallas has agreed to reimburse Collin County up to $7,500. This award will extend additional funding for the ICAC Task Force. There is no county match requirement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to accept the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) additional grant funding in the amount of $7,500 with no County match required, and authorize County Judge to execute same. The grant period is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. gz

FY 2024 ICAC Interlocal Agreement for $7,500 in federal funds to be used to combat online child abuse cases. No county match is required. Grant term is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.

Grant award has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. ICAC Interlocal agreement with the SO for FY 2024 in the amount of $7,500 with no matching funds required. Grant period is from 10/1/2023 through 9/30/2024. Grant funds to be used in the area of on line child abuse cases.
