Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court approval for a budget amendment to transfer FY 2024 adopted budget from the County Records Management and Preservation Fund (1044) to a new District Clerk Records Management and Preservation Fund (1045).

The new District Clerk Records Management and Preservation Fund (1045) was established in FY 2024 to separate District Clerk transactions from those posted in the County Records Management and Preservation Fund (1044), which contained both District Clerk and County Clerk transactions. As a result, a budget amendment is required to move District Clerk Records Management and Preservation budget from fund 1044 to fund 1045.
