Department Action

We are respectfully requesting approval from the Commissioners Court for the contract between V.A.L.O.R. and Jameson Miller, the V.A.L.O.R. Case Manager, for the FY 2023-2024 through the Veterans Mental Health Grant from the Texas Veterans Commission.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval to (1) allow an exemption from the competitive bid process per Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4); and (2) award a Personal Services Agreement for the VALOR program for Contract No. 2024-268 to Jameson Miller, Case Manager, for the period March 25, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Further, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. SAH
