We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the revised budget amendment for donations received and deposited from February 1^st 2024-February 29^th 2024 to be transferred to our Spay/Neuter line item to fund the Spay/Neuter Program.

Funds available in the Animal Shelter Fund (5991). Budget amendment will be processed upon approval. Year to date FY 2024 donations recorded = $35,896.98 through February 29, 2024. Inception to date donations recorded = $1,229,131.82 through February 29, 2024.
