Celina Ventures, LLC., owner and developer of Redbud Gardens, requests Commissioners Court consideration of the attached street name changes for Redbud Gardens.
The final plat for Redbud Gardens was approved on January 23, 2023 as Redbud Estates. The owner wishes to change the approved street names and the official plat title. The plat name would change from Redbud Estates to Redbud Gardens. The Street names would change as follows.
Edonia Ln- fka Sparks Ln.
Calla Ct- fka Curie Cir.
Iris Ln- fna Kalam Way.
Aster Way- fka Ravi Ln.
ACTION
We request Commissioners Court consideration for:
1) The approval of the Final Plat title change from Redbud Estates to Redbud Gardens,
2) Approval of the street name changes listed above and on the attached Final Plat.
