On January 22, March 11, and June 3, 2024 Commissioners Court approved Possession and Use Agreements with TxDOT for US380 project. TxDOT has sent payment for 4 of those parcels.

The funds totaling $100,000.00 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code that the land was purchased from.
