Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Contract No. 2024-375, Emergency Temporary Chiller Rental for Admin Building to Johnson Controls, Inc. through their Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 070121-JHN, for the rental of one (1) 350 ton chiller for six (6) months in the estimated amount of $260,000.00 per the attached documentation, through January 2025. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to sign the proposal. slh
